Setup Operation Staff - Sumatera (Electrical Engineer)

Responsibilities:

Oversee the handover of charging stations to partners and provide operational supervision

Train and guide partners in operational coordination

Perform maintenance and inventory of charging stations to ensure compliance with regulations

Diagnose and repair charging stations for operational efficiency

Supervise contractors and ensure contractual commitments are met

Collaborate with contractors on key operational tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications

Based in Medan (Sumut) or willing to move.

2+ years of experience in operations, maintenance, or technical roles

Strong knowledge of electricity, EV chargers, and telecommunications

Experience in system troubleshooting, contractor supervision, and partner coordination

Willing to travel across Indonesia
