Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance, After-Sales, and Training
• Lead negotiations of after-sales service agreements in the market to ensure service
quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee warranty parts handling, audits, and technical/service training programs to
strengthen distributor capabilities and improve service efficiency.
• Partner with general distributors to monitor, analyze, and report product quality
issues, providing timely feedback and driving continuous product improvement.
• Coordinate and resolve after-sales service claims between regional headquarters
and distributors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer complaints.
2. Spare Parts Sales and Management
• Manage the end-to-end process of after-sales spare parts and accessories, from
ordering to execution, to secure timely supply and optimize operational performance.
• Monitor and analyze spare parts inventory turnover at general distributors,
providing actionable recommendations to reduce holding costs, improve availability,
and increase customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Vehicle/Mechanical/Automation or
related).
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience; experience in automotive after-sales
service management is preferred.
• Skilled in market analysis, new energy product maintenance, and office software
(Tableau a plus).
• Strong English communication; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
• Adaptable, with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
