Job Description:
As a Senior Investment Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing potential investment opportunities that align with their impact investment strategy. You will be responsible for managing the entire investment process from sourcing to closing and monitoring the performance of our investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and due diligence to identify potential investment opportunities in line with their impact investment strategy
- Develop financial models and perform financial analysis to evaluate the potential returns and risks of each investment opportunity
- Prepare investment proposals and present them to the investment committee for approval
- Negotiate and structure deals to ensure alignment with our impact objectives and financial goals
- Manage relationships with potential and existing investees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their impact goals
- Monitor the performance of our investments and provide regular updates to the investment committee and investors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in impact investing to continuously improve our investment strategy and processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment management, preferably in impact investing or private equity
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire investment process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Passionate for impact investing
- Willingness to be based in Bali and travel as needed
