Responsibilities:Key Activities:
- Implementation of service portfolio and and pricing (Calculation of offering strategy)
- Optimization and maximization of initial service-attach within solution and standard deals
- Deployment and development of service portfolio
- Enablement of product sales to sell standard services
- Adapting existing service activities to ensure a customer fitting service delivery
- Support of non-standard deals regarding service solution design and pricing and offer management
- Negotiation of non-standard (customer provided) maintenance agreements
- Performance of channel sales through driving the reseller engagement with focus on service sales & service delivery quality, according to the global service channel program guidelines
- Service contract renewal and upsell management
- Measurement and reporting of actuals and forecast vs. plan and further sales performance KPIs
- Owning the service pipeline and forecast
- Track and manage invoicing. Liase with Finance Department as required.
- Provide analytical and statistical data in assisting preparation of cost calculation, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
Project Support
- Support the Commercial Team with the drafting of tender documentation, and contribute to the drafting of commercial & contractual documents, such as letters, early warning, Change Request
General
- Able to balance priorities and perform effectively under pressure to deliver against sometimes challenging deadlines whilst being consistent and delivering to a high standard.
- Proactively communicate with colleagues to coordinate the timely completion of tasks and project deadlines.
- Providing administrative, and secretarial support within a project team, with experience of monitoring and reporting on progress of project.

- Effective time management skills, including the ability to successfully prioritise workloads, and manage multiple competing priorities
- Has worked in and contributed to collaborative team environments and is comfortable in supporting team members to deliver business objectives and personal development goals.
- Good interpersonal skills - is articulate, demonstrates good verbal, a suitably confident team player who can co-ordinate across multiple teams.
- Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
- At least 3 years experience in administration tasks.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented, initiative and independent.
- Good analytical mind and business sense.
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in computer application.
- Hand-on experience of SAP or others ERP
