To plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns while ensuring accurate tracking and performance measurement through proper setup of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics events, driving measurable business growth and patient acquisition for Siloam Hospitals Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Develop targeting strategies and audience segmentation to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Implement and manage tracking systems, including Google Tag Manager, to ensure accurate event tracking and data collection for campaign performance measurement.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to set up custom events and goals in Google Analytics to monitor conversion funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify best-performing strategies.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and analytics best practices.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and internal brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in-house or agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4), including event setup and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of digital tracking, conversion funnels, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry marketing is a plus.
