Responsibilities
Operational Coordination & Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support of transaction processing (top up M2M, ES core E-ID) to ensure efficient functioning of business units.
- Streamline IT requests processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT incidents to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate IT change requests to ensure they are evaluated, approved, and implemented with minimal risk.
- Coordinate between departments to facilitate seamless communication and task completion.
- Monitor operational metrics and escalate issues promptly to supervisors.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, transactions, and performance data.
- Generate regular reports on operational KPIs, workflow status, and process bottlenecks.
- Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Customer & Vendor Support
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding operational queries.
- Help resolve operational issues such as order delays, shipment tracking, or service interruptions.
- Support vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
Process Compliance & Improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements.
- Support implementation of new operational tools, technologies, or workflows.
Inventory & Resource Management
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment.
- Support resource scheduling and utilization monitoring.
- Help organize logistics and transportation activities.
Administrative & Documentation Support
- Prepare and maintain operational documents, contracts, and records.
- Assist with preparation for audits or internal reviews.
- Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination and follow-ups.
Requirements
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree, from System Information, Technology or related
- Have experience for 1+ years as Service Operation, IT Customer service or related position
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong skill for Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
- Have ability to problem solving, reporting and monitoring skill
- Highly experience for customer service delivery, IT incident, IT services
