Job Description
General Purpose
UCAM is searching for a detail-oriented, deadline-driven service engineer to join our growing company and the candidate should be knowledgeable about machines.
Main/ Essential Task
- Act for customer complaints with service immediately.
- Machine Installation
- Document preparation for new installation & interfacing prior to Service Engineer at customer site.
- Installation & Interfacing online technical support to the Service Engineers and customers during Rotary Table at maintenance.
- In house machine maintenance technical support.
- Preparing electrical training documents for all the regional service engineers.
- Entering customer complaints into a CRM Tool for the region.
- Organizing service visits with respect to complaints.
- Supporting the HO, and OEMs wherever necessary.
- Recording & Monitoring Daily Customer Complaints.
- Responsible for supporting house service activities
