Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include conducting equipment troubleshooting, performing field service activities, providing technical support, and overseeing maintenance and repair tasks. The Service Engineer will ensure operational effectiveness for clients by delivering high-quality technical solutions and support.

Qualifications

1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation and Automation
2. Minimum 3–5 years of work experience, preferably in PLC and industrial automation
3. Able to read and create P&ID, wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams, and proficient in using ETAP
4. Proficient in industrial automation systems, including PLC and DCS
5. Experienced in PLC program modification and logic diagram development, preferably based on Allen‑Bradley and Siemens systems
6. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Good command of English, both written and spoken
8. Domiciled in Jakarta and surrounding areas
9. Willing to travel for business purposes, both domestically and internationally
