As the leading recruitment agencies, Adecco is currently supporting a global leader in machinery and automation solutions for the concrete products industry, as Service Engineer that will be placed in Jakarta.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Service & Commissioning
- Installation and commissioning of concrete production equipment
- Preventive maintenance and inspection activities
- Troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Optimization of machine performance and production processes
Customer Support
- Provide technical training to customer teams
- Support customers with operational improvements
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed service reports after site visits
- Document technical issues and corrective actions
- Coordinate with headquarters for technical support cases
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering teams in Germany
- Provide feedback to improve product performance
- Support spare parts identification and service planning
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or equivalent technical background
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial machinery service
- Experience in concrete, precast, or heavy industry preferred
- Experience with commissioning of automated systems is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens preferred)
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good English communication skills
- German is an advantage
