Job Purpose
To ensure all production machines and equipment operate efficiently and reliably through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous operational improvement.
Job Specification
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions on production machines and equipment to ensure minimal downtime and continuous operation.
- Conduct routine inspections (visual and technical) to ensure all machinery is functioning optimally and safely.
- Analyze machine performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions. Prepare periodic maintenance reports and propose improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Manage spare parts inventory, analyze spare part lifetimes to prevent breakdowns, and coordinate procurement of necessary components.
- Conduct regular patrol checks on production machines and take full responsibility during assigned shifts.
- Willingness to work in a shift system as required by operational needs.
Job Qualification
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with PLC systems is an advantage
