Maintenance Technician

Job Purpose

To maintain and improve the operational readiness of production machines through routine maintenance, timely repairs, and proper equipment installation, ensuring optimal performance and minimal disruption to production processes.

Job Specification

1. Perform regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, machine adjustments, and replacement of spare parts to maintain equipment in optimal condition.
2. Maintenance activities in accordance with established plans, complete maintenance checklists, and report results to the supervisor.
3. Diagnose machine or equipment failures and perform timely and accurate repairs to minimize downtime.
4. Install new machinery or supporting production equipment, including conducting initial setup and basic configuration.

Job Qualification

1. Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2. At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Strong mechanical and electrical skills
4. Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems
