Job Description

Your role
  • To delivery of service product (Start-up, Maintenance, and Optimization) with excellent follow at customers premises where necessary
  • Tool Maintenance and Software Support
  • Primary responsibilities will include routine maintenance of the production tools listed in the contract
  • Provide comprehensive software support, including troubleshooting and updates for ToolsTalk 2, ToolsNet 8, and QA Supervisor.
  • Closely integrated into customer maintenance team, addressing any tool breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
  • Continue to provide daily onsite support from 8 am to 4 pm weekdays ensuring that our production tools are in optimal operating condition.
  • Work closely with in-house team, sharing his expertise to enhance the efficiency and productivity of our tool-related processes.
  • Identify and source spare parts and consumables required for the repair of tools
  • Carry out calibration, testing and certification of all Atlas Copco power tool products, according to standard procedures
  • Determine and undertake all necessary preventative maintenance on all power tool products
  • Generate technical reports on service provided at site
  • Carry out pre delivery testing and inspection of tools as appropriate prior to delivery / site installation
  • Incorporate Flexible attitude to working out of normal as and when required
To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements

  • Good engineering skills, with at least 3 years experience in an Engineering environment
  • Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and a high degree of flexibility.

Knowledge

  • Good command of English language both oral and written
  • Full computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point) and preferably conversation with MS Office 365
