Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Server Operations Manager located in Tangerang ( Karawaci ). The role involves overseeing server infrastructure on premises and cloud, ensuring system performance, and maintaining uptime. The Server Operations Manager will manage daily operations, handle troubleshooting tasks, coordinate system administration functions, and optimize infrastructure for organizational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with network administration teams to ensure a reliable and secure IT environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Infrastructure management to ensure effective and reliable server performance at scale
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and System Administration to handle operational issues and maintain system integrity
- Expertise in Network Administration to support IT infrastructure and ensure secure and seamless connectivity
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications in system or network administration are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Experience in managing large-scale IT operations or enterprise environments is beneficial
