Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Server located in Ubud. The Server will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, delivering orders to the kitchen, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. The Server will be expected to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about the menu, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• English language skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in a food service or hospitality role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic math skills for processing payments
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine is a plus
