Execute daily technical SEO tasks, including structured data implementation, Core Web Vitals improvements, on-page optimization (title/meta/heading/internal links/images), and content formatting.
Improve content quality signals such as expertise, trust, and credibility.
Ensure all optimization work meets internal quality and accuracy standards.
Follow established playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and QA processes consistently.
Support Senior SEO Optimizers on advanced or complex tasks.
Provide clear task updates and flag blockers to the Service Manager.
Collaborate with the Head of Optimization to improve workflows and technical playbooks.
Identify technical issues that hinder execution and propose solutions or escalate appropriately.
Minimum Qualifications
24 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, SEO Specialist, or related optimization roles.
Strong understanding of: Structured data & schema, Core Web Vitals, On-page SEO, Content optimization
Executor mindset, enjoys detailed technical work.
Proficient with key industry tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog / Sitebulb
Systems-thinking, detail-oriented, and engineering-minded.
