Responsibilities

PT Empire Pixel International based in BSD City, Tangerang (A Local Indonesian Company) is looking for talented individuals with 3+ years experience to fill the SEO Specialist roles at our BSD office immediately. Candidates with the following skills and experience who are immediately available are welcome to apply.

Key Requirements

  • Three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
  • Updates on search engine improvements and ranking methods
  • Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools
  • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
  • Familiarity with WordPress content management systems. Experience in other frameworks like nextjs, nuxtjs is a plus.
  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing SEO campaigns
  • Studying the latest technologies, techniques, and breaking news/algorithm changes.
  • Conduct thorough technical SEO audits on our websites and present prioritized recommendations that are likely to have the biggest impact on our organic presence and business objectives.
  • Provide proactive strategic technical SEO guidance on new opportunities to increase organic search traffic and those undergoing site re-platforms, re-designs, and migrations including both pre-launch, during launch, and post-launch considerations and recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical SEO issues with successful resolution, presentation of findings (internal and external), and quality assurance of implementation.
  • Communicate the findings and recommendations to managers
  • Analyze results through a variety of reporting tools (from web analytics to rank tracking) to determine what is working from the strategy and any necessary changes required.
  • Building backlinks to improve our sites authority
  • Fixing technical errors so visitors have a seamless experience on your site
  • Create sitemaps to help search engines better understand the website's structure and create a hierarchy of information between different pages.
  • Optimize the website for mobile users so potential leads never fall through the cracks.
  • Update the title and meta description of each webpage with the optimal number of keywords and characters.
  • Consolidate code on individual web pages to improve loading speed and retain impatient visitors.
  • Updates on search engine improvements and ranking methods
  • Perform keyword research on a regular basis
  • Develop keyword plans by conducting keyword research on a regular basis to generate content ideas and optimize existing content
  • Plan and oversee the entire website architecture, restructuring page hierarchy where necessary
  • Optimize web pages such as the homepage, landing pages, blog posts, and product pages (on-page SEO) in terms of improving content quality, keyword optimization, and user experience to boost organic search rankings
  • Write SEO-optimized content
  • Manage SEO-related assets, and tools/ platforms including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and Semrush.
  • Identify and close content gaps between the company website and competitor content
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and work with the web development team to fix technical website issues (e.g. slow page load speeds, page crawl errors, and duplicate content) that may negatively impact organic search rankings
  • Execute link-building campaigns through the creation and promotion of linkable assets, outreach, and submission-based link-building
  • Implement local and international SEO techniques across local (Google My Business listings) and international websites
  • Regularly track and monitor new and existing keyword ranking positions and devise integrated marketing strategies to increase organic search rankings
  • Measure key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, ranking positions, domain authority, conversion and conversion rates, and engagement metrics such as dwell time and organic return visits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark current SEO performance against competitors and devise strategies to surpass competitors
  • Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and new SEO tools and best practices
  • Complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
  • Analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
  • WordPress content management

  • Checking Website Performance in the Face of Error 404
  • Checking Server Response for All Web Pages
  • Checking the Site HTML Elements
  • Checking the Pages in Different Browsers
  • Collaborating with writers, and wordpress teams to execute the plans

Requirements

Job Type:

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience as an SEO Specialist (senior role experience will be an added advantage)
  • 2-3 years of experience in App Store Optimization with strong expertise in mobile apps will be a definite advantage
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile digital marketing and App Store Optimization.
