Job Description:

  • Define and execute the regional SEO + LLM discovery growth strategy across search engines, AI search, and conversational platforms.
  • Research how search engines and LLMs surface, rank, and reference content turn insights into clear, testable initiatives.
  • Design and run experiments with success metrics, tracking, and iteration plans.
  • Lead technical SEO execution (e.g., indexing, site architecture, structured data) and guide content execution with relevant teams.
  • Monitor performance and learnings, refine approaches, and scale repeatable playbooks.
  • Track competitor visibility and tactics across SEO and LLM discovery channels to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Build and lead a team equipped for the evolving search and LLM landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
  • Experience in a performance marketing, SEO, or programmatic advertising role is a plus.
  • Strong analytical toolkit comfortable building models in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Crisp communicator with executive-ready presentation skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders.
