Senior Video Editor (VSL, UGC, AI)

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who is not only a technical master of the craft but also a strategic leader capable of mentoring a growing team and supercharging production through AI.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Production: Produce high-impact marketing videos using AI-assisted workflows to ensure fast delivery without compromising on quality.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead the editing team by guiding junior editors, providing constructive feedback, and streamlining production workflows.

AI Asset Generation: Generate cinematic and realistic AI-driven B-roll to enhance storytelling and brand messaging.

Advanced Audio & VO: Create and integrate AI voice-overs (VO) with precise control over tone, pacing, and voice consistency.

Talking Head Optimization: Edit both AI avatars and real footage, optimizing framing, lip-sync, and gestures for natural delivery.

VersatileContent Handling: Edit a wide variety of UGC ads, ranging diverse footage and may be graphic or ick in nature (e.g., skin conditions or medical procedures).

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the management to transform rough briefs and ideas into engaging, high-performing video content.

Technical Requirements:

The Stack: Expert proficiency in CapCut / Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a significant plus).

AI Tools: Proven experience with ElevenLabs, TikTok Creative Tools, Envato Elements, and various AI B-roll generators.

Hardware: Must own and use a MacBook (Minimum 2020 model / M1 Chip or newer) for production.

Qualifications:

Senior Experience: 1+ year(s) in a Senior role with a proven track record of optimizing content systems and team workflows.

Professional English: High proficiency in English (written and verbal) for team communication, mentoring, and editing international content.

AI Mastery: Proven ability to use AI tools to supercharge video editing efficiency and quality.

Resilience: Comfortable and professional when handling sensitive or ick medical footage.

Leadership Mindset: A natural coach who thrives on managing timelines and elevating the skills of those around them.

Global Outlook: Experience handling multi-language clients or international brands is highly preferred.
