WillScale (https://willscale.agency/) is looking for a tech-forward and highly adaptive Video Editor to join us. We specialize in scaling global brands across diverse industries, from high-energy lifestyle brands to specialized healthcare sectors.
We are looking for an editor who doesn't just cut footage, but masters high-conversion UGC psychology and leverages advanced AI workflows to deliver fast, scalable, and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI-Assisted Production: Produce high-impact marketing videos using AI-assisted workflows to ensure fast delivery without compromising on quality.
- AI Asset Generation: Generate cinematic and realistic AI-driven B-roll to enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
- Advanced Audio & VO: Create and integrate AI voice-overs (VO) with precise control over tone, pacing, and voice consistency.
- Talking Head Optimization: Edit both AI avatars and real footage, optimizing framing, lip-sync, and gestures for natural delivery.
- General Content Handling: Edit a wide variety of UGC ads, ranging from lifestyle to clinical healthcare/medical content that may be graphic or ick in nature (e.g., skin conditions or medical procedures).
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the team to transform rough briefs and ideas into engaging video content.
Technical Requirements:
- The Stack: Proficient in CapCut / Final Cut Pro (After effect is plus point)
- AI Tools: Experience with ElevenLabs, TikTok Creative Tools, Envato Elements, and AI B-roll generators.
- Hardware: Must own and use a MacBook (Minimum 2020 model / M1 Chip or newer) for production.
Qualifications:
- Professional English: High proficiency in English (written and verbal) for team communication and editing international content.
- AI Mastery: Proven ability to use AI tools to supercharge video editing efficiency.
- Resilience: Comfortable and professional when handling sensitive or ick medical footage.
- Availability: Must be available from Wednesday to Sunday with daily night shift standby to handle urgent requirements from international clients.
- Prefer experienced in international/multilanguage clients/brands.
