We are hiring on behalf of our client in the private aviation sector, positioned in Australias premium B2C market.
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, youll act as a mini-COOtaking full end-to-end ownership of feature delivery. Youll translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable tasks, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and ensure on-time, defect-free releases.
Your mission: be a force multiplier for both leadership and development teams. Youll anticipate blockers before they arise, remove friction, align stakeholders, and make sure resources are in placedelivering clarity and execution at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Driving product execution with operational precision, strategic foresight, and full ownership across the delivery lifecycle
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from requirement gathering and documentation to development, QA, launch, user feedback, ongoing support, and iterative improvement
- Aid and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define product requirements that are clear, thoughtful, and complete.
- Front-load planning by proactively identifying edge cases, technical constraints, management priorities, and cross-team interdependencies before development beginsminimizing blockers and scope changes.
- Deconstruct requirements into detailed, actionable tasks with defined owners, deadlines, and dependencies across frontend, backend, QA, design, and other teamsensuring every resource is deployed efficiently
- Ensure each feature is delivered with precision: on time, defect-free, and aligned with the original product intent
- Own the product roadmap by aligning timelines, resources, and cross-functional planning
- Own post-launch impact tracking to ensure each feature delivers measurable business value and upholds high standards of quality and user satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- 4+ years of experience in software project management and delivery, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to anticipate edge cases and technical dependencies
- Well-versed in critical path analysis for identifying and managing key project dependencies
- Track record of delivering high-quality, defect-free, mission-critical or business logic software on schedule
- Solid understanding of modern software frameworks and architectural patterns
- Hands-on experience with Git version control
- Familiarity with the AWS Console, especially CloudWatch, Systems Manager, S3, EC2, IAM, Secrets Manager, and AWS Backup
- Comfortable working with distributed or remote engineering teams
