Project Manager

We are currently looking for an Project manager for the Indonesian market.

You will work in close cooperation with the 1Ci HQ project management team and implementation partners on planning, executing, and delivering ERP system implementation projects. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple teams our internal specialists and partner companies ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle for ERP implementation projects from initiation and planning to delivery and closure

Coordinate work between multiple teams: vendor, partners, and customer stakeholders

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

Monitor progress, manage risks and changes, resolve issues to keep the project on track

Ensure proper communication flow between all parties involved in the project

Facilitate requirements clarification and change management processes together with business analysts and technical leads

Prepare and deliver regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders

Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and review sessions

Maintain project documentation according to internal standards

Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies

You must have:

Bachelor&aposs Degree

A minimum of 4 years of work experience in project management, including experience in ERP system implementation projects

Proven portfolio of successfully delivered projects (will be reviewed and discussed during the interview)

Practical understanding of core business processes (production, sales, purchases, finances, etc.)

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
