Responsibilities

Do end to end recruitment in all levels.
Manage all aspects of the hiring process including pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, offering and signing of employment agreements.
Work collaboratively with hiring managers to determine their specifications and qualifications of what they are looking for from potential candidates.
Use media social to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationship with candidates.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting in a high volume environment and level.
Have experience in tech/IT recruitment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
