Who is the Koltiva Senior Tax Officer
Senior Tax Officer is responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with all tax-related matters for Koltiva. This role involves tax planning, reporting, and liaising with tax authorities to optimize the organization&aposs tax liabilities while maintaining full compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
What are the key responsibilities of the Senior Tax Officer
- Prepare and filing accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other applicable taxes.
- Maintain proper records, documentation, and support for tax filings.
- Collaborate with the other department to provide input for new or recurring activity, assist tax manager to develop tax planning strategies to optimize the organization&aposs tax position.
- Assist in implementing tax planning initiatives while considering tax risks and compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing and analysis tax reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for tax-related financial data.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for tax related financial discrepancies.
- Proactively engage with tax authorities to seek clarifications, resolve issues, and build strong working relationships with tax office.
- Stay updated on tax authority guidelines, regulations, and interpretations to ensure compliance and minimize tax risks.
- Assist in managing tax audits, inquiries, and correspondence with tax authorities.
- Gather and provide requested documentation, information, Internal Collaboration and Support during tax audits.
- Assist in resolving tax disputes and responding to tax-related notices and assessments.
What are the requirement of the Position
- Educational Background: Possess a bachelor&aposs degree in accounting or finance.
- Professional Experience: Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field.
- Certifications: Show off your Tax Brevet A and B certifications. Having USKP or Brevet C is a fantastic bonus.
- Analytical Skills: Display your keen analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Indonesian tax system.
- Exceptional communication skill and fluent in English
