Senior Tax Accounting Consultant (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (PSAK).
• Support clients in month-end and year-end financial close, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance.
• Ensure clients comply with local, state, and international tax regulations (Tax Treaty).
• Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate tax, VAT, WHT Unification, payroll tax /Employee Income Tax, and other statutory filing
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored accounting and tax solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional consulting services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years experience as Accounting and Tax with 2+ years experience working in Consulting Company.
• Proficient in using accounting and tax software such as Jurnal.id, Accurate, Xero, Odoo, and other related platforms.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and stress management skills.
