Job Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment for multiple roles across departments in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using proactive and innovative sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Lead offer management, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Optimize recruitment processes, improve time-to-hire, and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure a strong employer brand and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Job Requirement
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a startup or high-growth company.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
