Holding a Bachelor's Degree (S1 Degree) in Information Technology OR Computer Engineering OR Telecommunication from a reputable university
Must possessed F5-Certified Administrator (201) Certification; additional F5-CTS (301 or 303), PCNSE, or CCNP-Security is a strong addition
Proven strong knowledge and experience in F5 WAF, Web Application Security, Palo Alto NGFW, and Cisco Security variance (SDWAN security, ESA, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years experience in security technology engineering
Familiar with mobile/web application and iRules is a plus
Excellent English, both for verbal and written
Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan and strategy
Responsibilities:
Provide the IT-security engineering support and guidance to the client that improve the client's security posture; improving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems by identifying, verifying, and understanding cyber events
Handle the day-to-day management, monitoring, and operational support of security endpoint and agents for F5, Palo Alto, and Cisco Security solutions
Providing a critical support for troubleshooting and other corrective action to maintain the security's integrity
Acting as a support for change request in customer network
Manage the additional supportive activity which includes reporting, documentation and standby monitoring
Provide additional support for the On-site Resident Engineering team on PSI's Customer Site
