Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Affairs operation, including facility management, security management, and others GA operation
  • Ensure timely and accurate office supply management (stationary, office furniture, etc.) for all departments
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve general affair issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all general affair activities
  • Administrative & Support Duties (manage meeting rooms, couriers, and petty cash)
  • Perform regular office inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Liaise with vendors/service providers for equipment and facility needs.
  • Prepare reports on GA performance, task status, and SOP updates.
  • Support management and contribute to a clean, organized office environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Associate Degree / Undergraduate Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience as GA Officer, especially in asset, inventory and building management roles
  • Candidate from Fintech/Start Up Industry are preferable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
