Key Responsibilities:
- General Affairs operation, including facility management, security management, and others GA operation
- Ensure timely and accurate office supply management (stationary, office furniture, etc.) for all departments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve general affair issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all general affair activities
- Administrative & Support Duties (manage meeting rooms, couriers, and petty cash)
- Perform regular office inspections and maintenance checks.
- Liaise with vendors/service providers for equipment and facility needs.
- Prepare reports on GA performance, task status, and SOP updates.
- Support management and contribute to a clean, organized office environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate Degree / Undergraduate Degree
- At least 3 years of experience as GA Officer, especially in asset, inventory and building management roles
- Candidate from Fintech/Start Up Industry are preferable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
