We are looking for Senior Specialist to join our Antom Team based in Jakarta, focusing on User Growth & Operations. As our User Growth & Operations Specialist, you'll spearhead strategies to scale user acquisition, retention, and monetization while optimizing key metrics across our Alipay+ Rewards platform. This role demands a data-driven strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at turning insights into impactful, scalable solutions.

Responsibility

• Develop & Execute Growth Strategies: Own end-to-end planning, budgeting, and optimization of user growth initiatives to boost Active Users, Transaction Volume, Conversion Rates, and Profit Margins.
• Design Gamified Engagement Mechanics: Lead operations for the digital goods marketplace, including raffles, check-ins, referral programs, and new user incentives to maximize engagement.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze user behavior and platform performance to refine strategies, prioritize experiments,and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and external partners to align growth initiatives with business objectives and drive measurable results.
• Platform Expansion: Scale the Alipay+ Rewards platform across multiple channels, ensuring seamless execution and ROI optimization.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in user growth, operations, or product management within fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms.

Core Skills:

• Proven success in driving metrics like user acquisition, conversion rates, or revenue growth.
• Expertise in data analysis tools and A/B testing frameworks.
• Strong familiarity with e-wallet ecosystems, app platforms, and marketplace dynamics.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and lead cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English (to collaborate with APAC teams and stakeholders).
• Experience with loyalty/reward programs or gamification strategies.
