To handle critical project management in mining-> Supporting mining business unit to identify, monitor and handle issues might happen during project execution, so that will smoothen, enhance, and mitigate risk during operational production in yearly basis
To support and assist for implementation of site development
Data Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the mining site's development plan
You will be responsible to drive high-impact, strategic projects, build project management and manage communications between business units and shareholders
Experienced working in mining company before, handled business process/ operational excellence/ business improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mining, commercial, Statistics)
Expertise in project & strategy management in mining industry
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
Experience in leveraging AI tools for data analysis (analyze & interpret data)
Having proficiency in data visualization tools and technologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
