Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, your experience and leadership will shine through in how you:
- Lead Product Development: Take end-to-end ownership of featuresfrom ideation to deploymentensuring quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and business teams to align technology with real-world needs.
- Build Scalable Systems: Design and maintain reliable, secure, and high-performance applications, with a strong focus on frontend.
- Improve Continuously: Identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations, and champion best practices in code quality, testing, and architecture.
- Support and Mentor: Provide technical support to stakeholders and help elevate less experienced engineers through collaboration and code reviews.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), essential for internal and stakeholder collaboration.
- 47 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong frontend expertise (React Native, Expo).
- Solid backend development skills with Flask or similar frameworks.
- Experience with scalable system design, secure coding, and database optimization.
- Proven ability to deliver production-ready code efficiently in a remote, agile setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of driving projects to completion.
