Senior Software Engineer

FORMULATRIX is a global leader in robotic automation and software solutions, serving top pharmaceutical companies and research institutions worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Indonesia to build software and robotic systems using C#, C++, Visual Studio, Windows Forms, and SQL Server.

What you'll do:

Design scalable and high-quality code and tackle technical challenges with smart solutions. You will also troubleshoot issues, collaborate with peers, and take the lead in guiding junior engineers.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Engineering, or related field -- talented high school graduates with strong dev skills are also welcome.
• 4+ years solid experience in C# / C++ / Java.
• Strong grasp of OOP, SDLC, and software architecture best practices.
• Quality-driven, detail-oriented, and a motivated team player.
• Proven leadership & mentoring experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• The probation period will be in Salatiga, and the placement will be in Bandung.

Nice to have:

• Experience in system architecture reviews & project management
