About the Role
As Nasi Goreng is to the people of Indonesia, engineers are sustaining and nourishing the longevity of our business from the inside out. As our engineer, you'll be an integral player within the Data Science Platform team. You'll ensure our data scientists in the various sub-teams have all the resources they require to achieve their goals. You'll employ your stellar software engineering skills and expertise in the infrastructure operations field in efforts to productionize their processes. Your work will directly influence the performance of our Machine Learning and Data Science models throughout the company and help in taking data oriented decisions in different interests of business growth, risk etc.
About the Team
The Data Science Engineering team is a mix of software engineers and data scientists based in Bangalore and Jakarta. We build and maintain the tools and infrastructure that help data science teams across GoTo Financial work efficiently and at scale. We collaborate closely with teams like DevOps, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, and Data Science to deliver reliable systems that support key areas such as growth and risk. As a team, we value collaboration, learning, and shared ownership. We regularly exchange ideas, support each other, and keep improving the platforms that power GoTo Financial's data-driven decisions.
