Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Specialist who is passionate about technology, automation, and innovation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with commercial acumen — capable of identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and delivering tailored automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturing clients.
• Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and demonstrations of automation and robotic systems.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project cost estimations in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet quarterly targets.
• Coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industrial automation trends and competitors in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales (automation, robotics, or machinery preferred).
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate solutions to non-technical clients.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for client visits.
