Senior Sales Marketing Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Semarang. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities especially in Hospitality Project, maintaining client relationships, presenting and promoting products, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to understand product specifications and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Negotiation, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to conduct Market Research and develop Customer Acquisition strategies
• Proficiency in Communication, including client presentations and proposal development
• Detail-oriented with experience in Reporting and Data Analysis
• Problem-solving and Decision-Making skills to address client needs effectively
• Experience with wood products or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage
