Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Hotel/Resort Sales, specializing in the Wedding & Social Events segment.
- Strong portfolio and extensive network with wedding planners, event organizers, bridal agencies, and wedding communities, both domestic and international.
- Ability to design creative concepts and develop attractive wedding packages in line with market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about creating memorable wedding experiences for clients.
- Strong collaboration skills with operational teams (banquet, event, F&B, decoration, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
