As a Sales Executive Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and brand execution across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels in Bali. This role requires strong market understanding, field execution, and relationship management with key customers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensuring product availability in all assigned outlets according to distribution plans.
  • Executing in-store display, planogram, and promotional activities in line with brand standards.
  • Conducting regular market visits to monitor stock, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyzing sales trends, area performance, and competitor moves to propose effective sales programs.
  • Coordinating with Trade Marketing to execute promotional activities.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of in-store promotions and providing improvement recommendations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade key accounts.
  • Handling customer complaints related to supply, pricing, and operational issues.
  • Understanding Bali market characteristics, including traditional vs modern trade and tourism-driven seasonality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales (MT & GT preferred).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work in the field and travel across Bali.
  • Familiar with local market dynamics in Bali.
