Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive and is based in Surabaya. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong skills in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Networking
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with the steel or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken)
