Analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable products/services to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Develop new and existing business potential to create business development plans and a list of new sales opportunities in Data Center Industry/Project
Giving technical presentations and price negotiations to customers to explain the technical and commercial value of the product
Monitoring the procurement and installation process of products at the customer site to ensure that the fulfillment of customer requirements is in accordance with schedule, specifications, and agreements
Coordinating with the internal team (SCM & BD) regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure that the technical information provided to customers is accurate and actionable.
Preparing sales activity reports, pipeline, and forecasts to provide accurate sales data and insights
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, Automotive or related field is preferred
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in the Data Center Industry/Project
Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in the same position
Must have driving Licence (SIM A)
Experienced in Client Retention Strategy
Mastering Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and the internet
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge
