Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable products/services to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Develop new and existing business potential to create business development plans and a list of new sales opportunities in Data Center Industry/Project
  • Giving technical presentations and price negotiations to customers to explain the technical and commercial value of the product
  • Monitoring the procurement and installation process of products at the customer site to ensure that the fulfillment of customer requirements is in accordance with schedule, specifications, and agreements
  • Coordinating with the internal team (SCM & BD) regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure that the technical information provided to customers is accurate and actionable.
  • Preparing sales activity reports, pipeline, and forecasts to provide accurate sales data and insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, Automotive or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in the Data Center Industry/Project
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in the same position
  • Must have driving Licence (SIM A)
  • Experienced in Client Retention Strategy
  • Mastering Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and the internet
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to speak passive and active English
  • Willing to travel on business
