Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, foundry, metalworking, or industrial equipment industries.
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing environments, or surface preparation equipment is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience handling key accounts and industrial clients.
  • Comfortable conducting site visits, factory visits, and technical discussions with customers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Willing to travel as required.
  • Owns a personal vehicle.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage sales activities for automotive and foundry industries.

- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on negotiations.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience selling industrial machinery or capital equipment.

- Existing network in automotive or foundry industries.

- Familiar with tender processes and project-based sales.
