Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Assistant located in Tangerang. The Senior Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, managing sales transactions, maintaining organized store displays, and supporting sales goals. They will also be responsible for handling customer feedback and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Problem-solving skills

Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in retail or a similar role
