About The Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially strong Business Development Executive to support business growth and strategic account development within the telecommunications sector in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local telecom ecosystem, experience engaging with operators and enterprise stakeholders, and the ability to drive opportunities from lead generation through commercial closure.
This role requires a combination of relationship management, solution-selling capability, market awareness, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the telecommunications industry in Indonesia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile operators, digital service providers, technology partners, and enterprise customers
- Drive sales engagements from prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure
- Understand customer business challenges and align suitable technology and digital solutions
- Work closely with internal solution, delivery, and product teams to develop compelling customer proposals
- Develop strategic account plans and pipeline forecasts to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the telecom and digital ecosystem
- Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and executive presentations
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and business cases
- Ensure timely follow-up and strong customer engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline
- 5–6 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships within the telecommunications industry in Indonesia
- Strong understanding of telecom operator environments, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise technology solutions
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and driving commercial growth
- Experience working with mobile operators, ICT providers, OSS/BSS vendors, API platforms, digital services, cloud, or enterprise solutions is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders across business and technical functions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English
