Senior Research And Development Engineer

Job Overview

The technical manager will be responsible for the delivery quality of the project and ensure that the technical solution is aligned with the business objectives. In addition, the technical manager is required to have both technical depth and team management ability and be able to coordinate XFN resources.

Core responsibilities

1) Project Management

Coordinate with product, operation and other departments to control the whole life cycle of the project (demand review, scheduling, development, testing, online).

Monitor project progress, identify risks and drive solutions to ensure high - quality delivery.

2) Project implementation

Configure rules, lead technical problem solving, optimize system performance, stability and maintainability.

3) XFN collaboration

Align strategic goals with the technology leadership (CTO/Technical Director) and clearly communicate the value of technology to non-technical departments.

4) Local support

As the window for local customer technology docking.

Job Requirements

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering or related majors.

Experience requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience
• Proficient in mainstream technology stacks (such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, etc.), preferably with a solid Java foundation and proficient in the supporting Spring Boot framework; understand the microservice architecture and cloud computing principles; be familiar with Elasticsearch and relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL); have a basic understanding of the principles of big data technologies (such as Spark, Hadoop).
• Be familiar with agile development process.

• Excellent communication skills, able to balance the needs of technology, business and team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and anti-pressure ability, good at solving complex problems.
