We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires someone proactive, energetic, and confident in handling demanding hiring managers while maintaining excellent candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruitment, capable of working independently, and able to drive hiring strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process independently (from sourcing to offering stage)
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers in understanding hiring needs and setting qualification criteria
- Confidently manage and align expectations with demanding users in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure timely hiring process and strong candidate experience
- Provide weekly & monthly recruitment reports, analysis, and hiring insights
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
- Handle mass hiring projects when required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Experience in fast-paced industries is highly preferred
- Experience handling multiple roles simultaneously and tight hiring deadlines
- Experience in furniture/interior industry is a plus
