Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including consulting with clients, conducting candidate searches, engaging in interviews, and providing strategic hiring recommendations. Additional responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, building strong client and candidate relationships, and ensuring the alignment of recruitment solutions with client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recruiting, Graduate Recruitment, and proven experience in talent acquisition
• Proficiency in Consulting and providing strategic hiring solutions to clients
• Advanced Interviewing techniques and the ability to assess and evaluate candidates effectively
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and candidates professionally
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing client needs
• Proven experience in handling senior-level or specialized appointments
