People Profilers is a regional HR & Talent Solutions group from Singapore, now expanding our Indonesia operations. We support clients across Executive Search, Recruitment, Contract Staffing, EOR services, Payroll Outsourcing, and HR Advisory.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take on a bigger role and contribute to building our presence in Indonesia.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle across midsenior level roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries
- Drive business development for Recruitment, Contract Staffing, EOR solutions or any other HR services
- Provide market insights, salary advisory, and talent recommendations
- Handle key accounts and ensure smooth fulfilment of client projects
- Achieve monthly GP targets and contribute to team growth
What We're Looking For
- 35+ years of experience in agency recruitment or HR Services Provider
- Strong track record of placements and consistent billing performance
- Proven ability to manage clients, negotiate offers, and close roles
- Experience or exposure to Contract Staffing / EOR / HR Outsourcing is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Sales-driven, resilient, and able to work independently in a growing team
