As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Specialize in the full recruitment process sourcing for candidates through job advertisement posts and online database, interviewing the candidates, profiling the candidates to clients and managing the talents.
- Build a strong network of candidates and clients.
- Partner with clients to develop and implement Human Resource solutions.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years professional work experience in any sectors (recruitment / sales / business development experiences will be a plus)
- Good communication skills, persistent and positive attitude
- Driven and ambitious individuals looking to succeed and excel
- A team player who enjoys meeting people, reaching sales goals and works well in a fast-paced environment
