Role Overview

The Senior Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for leading the sales and leasing activities for HQuarters SOHO units. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, a well-established network, and the capability to articulate the value proposition of a worklive concept to discerning clients and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and manage the full sales and leasing cycle for HQuarters SOHO units.
  • Effectively communicate the worklive concept and its commercial advantages to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, corporate clients, and business communities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Conduct professional property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support business planning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, branding initiatives, and lead generation.
  • Ensure a high standard of client engagement, follow-up, and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or hospitality/serviced residence sales.
  • Strong network within the property market, particularly in mixed-use, commercial, or SOHO developments.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Experience in promoting flexible workspace, serviced offices, or worklive concepts is an advantage.
