Job Overview

As Senior QMS Engineer (Management Representative), you will be the owner of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001. You will lead internal audit programs, strengthen riskbased processes, support certification activities, and build a strong quality culture across the site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, maintain, and continually improve the company-wide Quality Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 and customer-specific requirements.
  • Lead the internal audit program, including training and coaching internal auditors.
  • Serve as primary contact during certification and customer audits.
  • Oversee CAPA to ensure effective, long-term corrective action implementation.
  • Drive risk-based thinking, integrating FMEA, Control Plans, and process KPIs into the system.
  • Facilitate Management Review Meetings and track quality performance trends.
  • Lead QMS digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote quality awareness and system ownership across all departments.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • 510 years experience in QMS, quality systems, or automotive/manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001/IATF 16949.
  • Good knowledge of auditing and certified Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Good command in English.
