Senior Quality Control

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily quality control operations to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for quality control processes.
• Review inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions with vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and merchandising/production teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Train, mentor, and monitor QC team performance.

Requirements :

• Minimum 35 years of experience in Quality Control within the Fashion and Lifestyle Industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and sewing techniques (QC Leader experience will be a plus point).
• Strong understanding of AQL standards and quality inspection systems.
• QC / Quality Assurance certification is a plus.
• Experience in inline, end-line, and final inspection for apparel.
• Ability to interpret tech packs, measurement charts, and quality standards (AQL).
• Skilled in identifying defects, identify root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Ability to develop and enforce QC SOPs and inspection checklists.
• Leadership and team supervision skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting.
